Remove the cling film after 2 to 3 hours. Or after 4 hours. Or 48 hours. I'm not the boss of you.
Wash your hands and then wash your new tattoo with pH-neutral soap and lukewarm water. Not too hot, not too cold. It's probably not a good idea to use boiling water. Dry your tattoo with a clean towel.
Apply some ointment after washing your tattoo. You can buy Balm Tattoo in my shop, or you can find Bepanthen at the pharmacy. An ointment for babies. Cause you cried like a little baby, didn't you? Huh?
You may, optionally, wrap your tattoo in cling film the first night after getting tattooed. Maybe. Possibly. Trying is the only way to find out if it's a good idea.
Repeat the washing and applying of ointment 2 to 3 times per day in the first week. Repeat once per day for 1 or 2 more weeks until your tattoo is fully healed.
